Instead of revising this, I believe government should adjust parameters, such as depreciation and tax credits, which ultimately determine bottom line corporate taxes. As a whole, I believe that relatively low corporate taxes help promote a thriving economy. I have decades of experience handling taxes, particularly those of businesses.

During the past few million years, more than 80% of the time the world has been in the cold part of the Ice Age. Geologists will tell you we are currently in the Ice Age. At the beginning of computerization GIGO was a term: Garbage In, Garbage Out. If you put garbage data or models into a computer, you will get garbage out. While virtually all global warming models have had to decrease their temperature forecasts because of this, so what? If mankind did nothing, more than 80% of the time we would be bitterly cold.

Helping to neutralize climate change/fraud regulations.
